A Maharashtrian Entrepreneur, Jagannath M Pawar, lovingly known as Dada was born in 1941 and brought up in a small village called Bhaur, Nashik District, Maharashtra India. Dada's dreams were simply too big for a small village!

His vision was 'To be Not just Any Manufacturer of Grinding Wheels but rather an Excellent Service Provider to the customers.'

1980 Started a company named Supreme Grind-Aids Private Limited (SGAPL) in collaboration with his friends.

1982 Started Paramount Abrasives Private Limited (PAPL), his own manufacturing unit for Grinding Wheels.

1985 Adding one more unit to his success he started Yash Fibro Industries Private Limited with a completely new product line-up.

1986 A new Association named Ambad Industrial and Manufacturing Association (AIMA) was introduced by Dada and his friends in the new industrial sector at Nashik called MIDC Ambad.

1986 Dada was the Founder Member and President of AIMA for 5 years in a row.

1999 Became the President of Nashik Industrial and Manufacturing Association (NIMA). Organized huge Social Events and Business-To-Business meets for the Industrial hub in Nashik.

2000s Setup a new subdivision of Paramount Abrasives Private Limited named Jay Abrasives Private Limited (JAPL). Dada is also a founder and active member and past president of the Rotary Club of Nashik Ambad.
